WWE Bad Blood: How to Watch and What to Expect
Here's everything to know about WWE's October Premium Live Event, Bad Blood.
On October 5, WWE presents Bad Blood, an event that looks to reclaim its spot in history as one of the most unforgettable nights on the wrestling calendar.
A handful of explosive matches have already been announced — your favorite WWE Superstars like Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Drew McIntyre will all be in action! Now, there’s nothing left to do but ensure the WWE Universe knows how to watch and what to expect from Bad Blood 2024.
What is WWE Bad Blood?
Not only is Bad Blood the premier October WWE Premium Live Event, it’s a nod to wrestling history — the pay-per-view “Badd Blood” (yes, that’s correct spelling!) was an event that took place in 1997, 2003, and 2004.
In 2024, it returns with a bang — and it brings along one of the most devastating matches in WWE history along with it! (But more on that later.)
When and where does Bad Blood take place?
Bad Blood will take place in the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia — the city that the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes calls home. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 ET/3 PT on Saturday, October 5, an hour or two earlier than WWE PLEs have historically begun. An earlier start time is a good thing; no more waiting around for WWE action to begin!
Of course, an official WWE Kickoff Show will precede the event to preview all the drama and unbelievable action to come.
How to watch Bad Blood 2024
Catching Bad Blood 2024 is as easy as logging on to Peacock and — well, that’s it!
For years, Peacock has been the exclusive home of WWE Premium Live Events — including WrestleMania — for fans in the United States, and nothing changes for Bad Blood. So gather your friends and family on the living room couch and take in one of the most unpredictable nights the WWE Universe will ever experience!
Here’s what you should expect at Bad Blood
Remember how we were hyping up one of the most devastating matches making its return on October 5? That wasn’t hyperbole — CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will meet inside Hell in the Cell! And seeing as how the first-ever Hell in a Cell match occurred during the In Your House: Badd Blood pay-per-view back in 1997, the WWE Universe should expect another legendary Hell in a Cell match nearly 30 years later!
Speaking of the first-ever cell match, here it is in its entirety: Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker competing in one of the most memorable and unbelievably dramatic matches of all time:
Make no mistake about it: CM Punk and Drew McIntyre’s hatred is even more intense than what was between HBK and The Undertaker back in the day. Their match on October 5, with no title on the line (just pride), will be physical, emotional, and, as CM Punk promised, bloody.
You don’t want to miss Bad Blood. It’s that simple.
You can tune in to Peacock to watch Bad Blood on Saturday, October 5. In the meantime, catch up on all things WWE Universe on Peacock.
