Meet the Couples of Temptation Island Season 5
Who are the couples coming to Temptation Island in Season 5? Find out everything there is to know about the latest group of islanders.
It’s official, Temptation Island is returning for Season 5, which means a new group of couples has volunteered to put their rocky or stagnant relationships to the ultimate test. After four seasons of as much heartbreak as romance, some may be wondering who these couples are who think they can withstand so much temptation.
Season 5 of Temptation Island promises to be different with a slew of twists and turns that shake up the show’s tried-and-true format. The couples’ selection was no exception with age gaps, diverse cultures, and the show's very first engaged couple joining host Mark L. Walberg on the island to kick the tires of their relationships.

Before the premiere of Temptation Island Season 5 on June 14, you can familiarize yourself with the couples brave enough to put their relationship's dirty laundry on display.
Kaitlin Tufts and Hall Toledano
Kaitlin, 31, and Hall, 35, have been together for eight years and their commitment is nothing to scoff at. Not only did he put a ring on her finger, but they bought a house together. Still, their relationship is at a standstill with Kaitlin dragging her feet on setting a wedding date. Meanwhile, Hall is in a big hurry to settle down and have kids in his mid-30s. Unfortunately, she seems to be struggling to put things like her career as a fitness studio owner on the back burner to start a family — especially since he broke things off three years into their relationship because he was unsure about her. On the island, she is hoping to bridge the gap between the two very different places they’re at in life while he hopes she’ll gain clarity on taking the next step toward marriage with him.
Vanessa Valente and Roberto Mal
Vanessa, 34, a procurement manager, and Roberto, 24, a nursing student, met overseas in Qatar and what they both thought was a one-night stand ended up turning into a long-term committed relationship. With a 10-year age gap between them, Vanessa is done wasting her time. She was previously married and is now looking for someone to be the father of her children. She worries that Roberto is not ready to step up to the plate and Temptation Island is the perfect way to test his loyalty and commitment. Roberto on the other hand is doing all he can to show her that he is mature and committed for the long haul. While they have moved in together and built their lives around each other, they’re hoping their time on the island will allow them to find a clear path to get past their conflicts and spend the rest of their lives together.
Marisela Figueroa and Christopher Wells
Marisela, 24, is a hospital interpreter and your classic free spirit. Her boyfriend of two years, Christopher, 30, is a fitness instructor and is more of the pragmatic, overthinking type. Despite thinking they’re each other’s soulmates, he is ready to take the next step toward marriage while she is indecisive about the whole idea (thanks in large part to his past history with infidelity). Their differing views on the future have led their otherwise working relationship to hit a standstill at a time when he really needs them to move forward. So, they’ve come to Temptation Island in the hopes that such a big swing for their relationship will move the needle and either prove to them they belong together forever, or that they can find what they’re both looking for in life with other people.
Leonila "Paris" Pedro and Nzubechukwu "Great" Ezihie
Paris, 23, an influencer, slid into her engineer boyfriend Great’s DMs roughly two years ago. At 25, he’s hoping to take their relationship slow since they’re both coming from a party lifestyle that doesn’t value monogamy. However, it is not uncommon in her Angolan culture to marry young and start a family early, so she’s putting pressure on the relationship to go at a faster pace. They’re both in love with each other but it’s clear they’re not on the same page about what to do with that love. They hope spending time apart on the island resisting temptation will help them align their goals or prove they’re not going to be able to figure this out.
Temptation Island Season 5 premieres on USA Network on Wednesday, June 14 at 9 PM ET/PT, followed by the premiere of The Big D at 10 PM ET/PT.
You can catch up on Temptation Island Seasons 1-4 on Peacock now.
