You Can Now Live In A Maui Mansion Featured On 'Temptation Island'
Fans of "Temptation Island" can live the villa experience in Hawaii — if they can afford this mansion previously featured on the show.
You can now own one of the picturesque Hawaiian villas that were featured on “Temptation Island”... provided you happen to have $12.8 million laying around.
A gorgeous mansion in Wailuku, HI is now on the market featuring a bevy of amenities, nearly six acres of space, and a gorgeous view of the West Maui Mountains. However, some may find its biggest selling point to be that it was previously featured on the USA Network original reality dating series “Temptation Island” in 2019.

Realtor.com reports the estate has an events coordinator who has worked with several productions in the past, including “Temptation Island” as well as the 2020 movie “Aloha Surf Hotel.” Josh Jerman, who is the current realtor for the property, told the outlet that whoever owns it next would have the option to continue in the hospitality business if they so choose — meaning it may not be the last time this gorgeous property gets the TV treatment.
Built in 2008, the property offers massive space both inside and out. The 8,032 sq. ft home includes five full bathrooms, five bedrooms, a garage, and multiple dining areas designed with natural airflow from the mountains in mind. However, its true beauty is found outdoors. In addition to stunning views of the north and south shorelines that can be seen from the in-ground pool, it offers sustainable gardens and wildlife, including peacocks, turkeys, and ducks.
The orchard produces “papayas, bananas, limes, grapefruit, Buddha’s hand citrus and more," according to its listing on Hawaii Life.
As the photos of the property show, the mountains and remote location make it perfect for those who value their privacy while also enjoying open space. However, that doesn’t mean it’s so remote that one would have difficulty getting necessities from the outside. The home is in convenient traveling distance to the airport, hospital, and shopping centers including a Whole Foods — perfect to utilize the massive kitchen to cook a meal while watching the sun go down over the horizon, or while watching "Temptation Island" to see if you can spot your brand new home.
