NXT's Gigi Dolin Announces Her Engagement
For Gigi Dolin, a planned Disney vacation led to one of the unexpectedly happiest moments of her life!
Love is in the air for one of our favorite NXT Superstars!
We have it on good authority that many in the WWE Universe have certified crushes on Gigi Dolin, so this one may sting a little bit: Gigi is officially off the market. Announcing her surprise engagement over social media this week, Gigi revealed her boyfriend, Zachary, popped the question while they were on a special Halloween-themed Disney cruise. How cute is that?
"I have been through a lot of heartache and so has [Zachary] over the years," Gigi wrote in her social media captions. "With each other we found peace, a best friend, we found home. And of course, he popped the question on the first night. There's so much I could say, but the bottom line is my heart is so full, I couldn't have asked for a better human. Now it's time to take on the world because, 'Adventure is out there!' Happy Halloween!"
Happy Halloween, indeed! We love how Gigi crossed two dreams off her bucket list – a Disney cruise and getting engaged!

Gigi Dolin, at only 26 years old, has made a name for herself in a relatively short time in NXT. She leveled up her career significantly last year when she gained notoriety as one-third of the dominating faction known as Toxic Attraction. The group, fleshed out by Jacy Jayne and then-NXT Women's Champion, Mandy Rose, wreaked havoc through the women's division for most of the year. Since the group's disbanding, Gigi has tried her hand at singles competition – with varying degrees of success.
Who is Gigi Dolin Engaged To?
It never fails to warm our hearts to see two people in the same line of work fall for each other, and Gigi's engagement checks that particular box! Eagle-eyed members of the WWE Universe should recognize Gigi's fiance, who competed in NXT from 2020 to 2022 under the name of Nash Carter. Primarily known as a tag team specialist, Carter captured the NXT Tag Team Championships alongside partner Wes Lee in a particularly chaotic Triple Threat match in April 2021.
In addition to winning the tag titles, Carter and Lee (known collectively as MSK) also turned heads when they won the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Classic tag team tournament shortly after making their NXT debuts.
The happy couple has reportedly been dating since early 2023.
What is Gigi Dolin's Current WWE Status?
Despite all the monumental changes going on in her personal life, Gigi Dolin is still making an impact in the NXT's women's division. It was less than two weeks ago that she competed against Blair Davenport in an unforgettable Lights Out match as part of NXT's Halloween Havoc festivities.
Unfortunately, Gigi came up short in her bid to win the Lights Out match, taking a particularly brutal Falcon Arrow through a ringside table before succumbing to a Blair Davenport pump kick. It's not exactly "back to the drawing board" for Gigi, however – she is firmly entrenched in the upper echelon of the NXT women's division, and she's never too far away from title contention. She's definitely someone to keep your eye on as 2023 draws to a close and one of our breakout picks for someone who can set the wrestling world on fire in 2024!
As far as when we'll see Gigi Dolin appear on NXT, don't be surprised if the newly engaged Superstar takes some much-deserved time off. After all, she has some wedding planning to get to!
