We've Got A Major Positive Update On Logan Paul's Leg Injury
Logan Paul suffered what we thought was a triple tear in his knee, but doctors confirmed it's a much more minor injury.
Logan Paul and his fans got some amazing news regarding the leg injury that he suffered during his match with Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. According to doctors, Paul did not suffer a triple tear and only tore his MCL. In addition, Paul is doing stem cell therapy treatments in Los Angeles and reportedly hopes to be back in the ring in as little as six to eight weeks.
The MMA YouTube podcast “The Breakdown” was the first to report the news as its host Wade Clemons fueled the rumors of a possible return at the Royal Rumble for Paul.
“He’s going to get stem cell therapy. We got an update on that. His MCL was the only thing that was torn. He didn’t have a triple tear. He’s going to try to wrestle in six weeks,” Clemons said.
Stem cell therapy works by circulating an injured person’s blood through a machine that removes the stem cells and reinserts the plasma back into the patient. The process promotes the regeneration of injured tissue and will hopefully bring the social media star back to WWE sooner rather than later.
Paul unsuccessfully challenged The Tribal Chief in Saudi Arabia just over a month ago in only his third WWE match ever. The Maverick’s performance, however, was one of the gutsiest in WWE history. Paul suffered his MCL tear halfway through the match but finished the bout anyway, proving to his doubters that he belongs in the squared circle.
The injured superstar only narrowly avoided surgery after his last match, crediting physical therapy and stem cell therapy for his recovery. Stem cell therapy can be prohibitively expensive, but as Clemons said, Paul has the money to do it.
