"Royal Pains" ended in 2016. Since then, the cast has kept very busy in show business.
It’s been six years since the cast of “Royal Pains” ended their run on the show after eight seasons. In its finale, the series put a nice button on everyone’s story. HankMed isn’t the powerhouse private medical service of the Hamptons that it once was, but every member of it is still doing good work in the medical field and following their dreams.
As for their real-life counterparts? The cast has kept busy since “Royal Pains” ended and continues to find success both personally and professionally. As fans sit around wondering if the HankMed will ever ride again, we thought it’d be worth taking a look at what everyone has been up to since the show concluded.
Mark Feuerstein
The titular Hank of HankMed has kept very busy since ending his eight-season run on “Royal Pains.” While he hasn’t had a show that lasted quite as long, he’s remained working in television with guest roles on shows like “Law & Order,” “The Good Fight” and “Better Things.” He’s also had plenty of recurring roles on hit shows like “Power: Playbook,” “9KKL” “Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later,” and “Prison Break.”

Today, he is a writer and director as well. When he’s not busy with his career, he’s spending time in Los Angeles raising his three children with his wife, Dana Klein.
Paulo Costanzo
Hank’s intrepid younger brother, Evan, was often the smarmy heart of the show thanks to a terrific performance from actor Paulo Costanzo. Since the finale aired, he’s continued to take on interesting roles in TV. Right around the time “Royal Pains” ended, he had a seven-episode arc on “The Expanse” and joined the cast of “The Night Of.”
His biggest recurring role after the show was playing Lyor Boone in “Designated Survivor.” However, he can currently be seen in the Amazon Prime Video original series “Upload,” which is hard at work on its third season.
Reshma Shetty
Reshma Shetty played Hank’s Physician Associate without whom HankMed would not be the successful concierge medical service that it was. Today, the actress continues her acting career. Most recently, she co-starred in the Hallmark holiday movie “Jolly Good Christmas.”
Before that, she had lengthy roles in shows like “Blindspot,” “Monarch,” and “Pure Genius,” and lent her voice to the animated series “OK K.I.! Let’s Be Heroes.”
Brooke D’Orsay
D’Orsay played one half of the will-the-won’t-they story that also included Costanzo’s Evan. They ended the series as a married couple, which is fitting for the actress since she’s spent the majority of her time since the show ended starring in TV Movies, most of which have a marriage or romance storyline.
A regular staple in the Hallmark lineup, D’Orsay has spent her time since “Royal Pains” in movies like “Christmas in Love,” “Nostalgic Christmas,” “A Godwink Christmas: Second Chance, First Love,” “Beverly Hills Wedding,” and “Wedding of a Lifetime.”
Jill Flint
Flint played the down-to-earth romantic love interest to Hank on the show. What separated her from the rest of the rabble in the Hamptons was the fact that she spent the series largely unimpressed with the wealthy elite there.
In reality, the actress continues to be a hardworking actress. Even before “Royal Pains” finished its run, Jill Flint was on the cast of “The Night Shift” as Dr. Jordan Alexander. Since then, she’s pivoted with roles in “Wu-Tank: An American Saga” and has a seven-episode arc on the CBS series “Bull” before it wrapped after its sixth season.
