Blake Shelton & Carson Daly's 'Barmageddon' Returning For Season 2 On USA Network
You all wanted another around of "Barmageddon," so Blake Shelton and Carson Daly are coming back for Season 2.
It’s official, the wildest party in America is coming back for another round. Blake Shelton and Carson Daly will officially return for Season 2 of the USA Network original series “Barmageddon.”
Shelton confirmed the big news Monday night during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!" where he revealed they’ll be getting a new batch of both celebrities and viral VIPs for more games, laughs, and drinks at the country singer’s Nashville bar, Ole Red.

“By the way, we’re doing a Season 2, we’re super excited,” Shelton told the late-night host. “It’s an art show, OK? You know what I’m saying? We have fun with it. It was actually just an idea that was born out of drinking backstage at ‘The Voice.’ We were actually watching, there’s a show called ‘Holy Moley,’ and we were watching that one day and I said, ‘Man, how much more fun would that show be if they were drinking while they were doing it?’ Literally, that’s how we thought of ‘Barmageddon.’”
Not only will Season 2 bring all new celebrity friends and viral sensations into the mix, but it promises an entirely new roster of outrageous takes on classic bar games for them to go head-to-head in. If you needed one more reason to join the rowdy crowd at Ole Red or enjoy the party from the comfort of your living room, there will be more heckling and smack talk from IRL friends and series executive producers, Shelton and Daly.
Season 1 brought major stars such as Gwen Stefani, Sheryl Crowe, Kane Brown, Trace Adkins, Malin Akerman, and more to Nashville for a cavalcade of bar games including beer pong, darts, and cornhole, all turned up to 11 in the way only Shelton and Daly know how. Each episode was a great time filled with fun, drinks, and plenty of trash talk, so it makes sense that everyone wants to return for another shot at bragging rights and viral redemption.
In addition, "Barmageddon" was a huge hit for USA Network. The show was the best series premiere in almost three years in total viewers and the strongest in more than two years in the 18-49 demographic. In 7-day delayed viewing, the “Barmageddon” premiere was the best in USA Network history for an unscripted series.
