Kevin Owens Freaks Out Over Video Showing Elias And Ezekiel Together
Kevin Owens just can't let this go of his sneaking suspicion that Elias and Ezekiel are one and the same person.
Kevin Owens’ brain continues to break over the existence of Ezekiel.
On WWE’s Monday Night Raw, Kevin Owens completely freaked out when video footage was played that showed both Elias and Ezekiel together on a couch. Of course, Canadian Superstar is convinced that Elias and Ezekiel are one and the same person, not brothers. Owens chalked up the video to “movie magic” and “special effects” after interrupting a concert by Elias in which he dedicated a song to his brother.
“You are a disgusting liar with no integrity,” Owens screamed, adding that he is “as smart as it gets” because of his French-Canadian heritage. The ultra-mysterious Ezekiel first appeared on “Raw After WrestleMania,” and Owens immediately insisted that he had to be Elias, just without his signature beard. But Ezekiel has stuck to his story that he's Elias' younger brother. Owens even previously arranged for Ezekiel to take a lie detector test to get to the bottom of his true identity, which showed he was telling the truth. But that hasn't been good enough for Owens.
On Monday, Owens made it clear he's not buying the video showing the two of them together. After all, he noted, he just saw a dinosaur flying a helicopter in a movie recently, so who can believe everything they see?
At that point, Ezekiel himself came on screen to talk to K.O., telling him that he's been telling the truth about his identity the whole time.
“You have to accept it and move on,” he said.
Owens didn’t seem ready to accept anything though and instead became enraged when Elias began singing “K.O. is a liar.”
He then grabbed Elias’ guitar out of his hands and threw it out of the ring but Elias wasn't having it, bringing his knee to Owens’ jaw. Then, he bashed Owens with a guitar.
K.O. then retreated backstage, writhing in pain while maintaining that the two brothers are one person. He said he hopes to fight either of the brothers next week.
“I don’t care if it’s Elias, Ezekiel, or their even younger brother that we haven’t met yet, Elrod,” he said while screaming with frustration. “I don’t care, me versus one of them next week.”
His rant was interrupted by Elias, who confronted him backstage and accepted the challenge.
Looks like Owens is getting his wish.
