JaNa and Kenny have along-distance strategy
After a season filled with intense drama and heartfelt moments on Love Island USA, the couple is now transitioning to life beyond the villa. They’ve been candid about their plans and challenges as they face the realities of maintaining a relationship from a distance. Kenny opens up about their current situation, reflecting on the time they need to adjust and what lies ahead.
“We’ve talked about it a lot,” Kenny said. “She’s giving me like 10 days of rest, and no, JaNa… I won’t be enjoying it.”
Fortunately, as the couple adjusts to their new long-distance dynamic, they already make exciting plans for their future visits. JaNa even mapped out a strategy for bridging the distance between them.
“He’s in Dallas, I’m in Las Vegas so I’ll give you a week and a half to get back into your routine and get your sleep schedule back on track, and then, bam, he plans on visiting me because he’s never been to Las Vegas and then I’ll be out in Dallas,” JaNa said shortly after they exited the villa. “I want to go to the Texas State Fair, the rodeo, the gun range—like, ‘OK I guess we’re really doing Texas!’”

The couple eagerly anticipates their upcoming reunion, which will take place in New York City — the hometown of one of the partners. JaNa is particularly excited about the opportunity to explore the city for the first time and experience its iconic features.
“The best part is that the reunion is going to be in New York and that’s where he’s from,” JaNa said. “So I’m excited for him to show me around New York. I’ve never been on the subway!”
Meanwhile, Kenny is already making plans to see her before the big event.
“I plan to see her before the reunion on the 19th for sure,” he said.
The Love Island USA reunion will also feature a star-studded lineup of returning Islanders, including Leah Kateb, Serena Page, and Kordell Beckham. Fans can expect an exciting evening as host Ariana Madix guides the discussion, delving into behind-the-scenes secrets, unresolved drama, and heartfelt moments.
As the couple progresses through their new routines and anticipates their upcoming reunion in New York, they are also looking forward to reconnecting with their fellow Islanders. Kenny reflects on the significance of this gathering and the shared experiences they’ll revisit.
“Just to see how people are a month from now. Like, a month outside of the villa. That’ll be so nice to catch up with everyone. We’re all going through the same thing.” Kenny said. “When we come together, those experiences we have, that banter, all the things we do and did in the villa, it’s a unique experience and nothing can recreate that and I’m excited for sure."
