'Climbing To The Top': Paul Swan Shows Off Physique In Latest Intense Workout Video
"Life In The Fast Lane" star Paul Swan works hard on his fitness — and he has the videos to prove it.
Paul Swan is once again showing off his impressive physique as well as the incredibly hard work that goes into maintaining his NASCAR athleticism.
The 31-year-old is a member of the Richard Childress Racing pit crew for his best friend Austin Dillon's No. 3 racecar: Specifically, his job is to be the tire carrier for the crew. So, what better way to condition himself than to lift a giant tire?
On Wednesday, Swan took to Instagram where he shared a series of videos showing himself and fellow NASCAR pit crew member Josh Thomas posing next to a massive tire that they used for a unique outdoor workout. In the first photo, the two are showing off the results of their full-body workout, looking as strong as ever and as proud of themselves.
In a pair of videos that accompanied the first image, the duo can be seen lifting the massive, heavy tire and flipping it over, again and again, to get it down a vacant-looking street. Obviously, it would be easier to simply roll the tire, but the goal here is fitness, not tire movement.
It’s unclear from the video exactly how far the duo managed to transport the tire, but given how proud of themselves they look in the end, it seems they got the workout they were hoping for.
“Come find us on the Mountain…we’re climbing to the top,” Paul captioned the post.
Meanwhile, the first person to comment on the videos was, of course, Paul’s greatest cheerleader, his wife, Mariel Swan.
“Let’s GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!” she wrote.
In addition to Instagram, Paul shows off his workouts and the intense physical discipline he lives his life by every week on the USA Network series “Austin Dillon’s Life In The Fast Lane.” Everything from his diet to his exercise regimen is vital to ensuring that he, Dillon, and all their teammates perform at the highest ability necessary to compete.
Fans can get a look at the immense work and much-earned play that takes place every Thursday at 9:30/8:30c when “Austin Dillon’s Life In The Fast Lane” airs on USA Network.
