Here's Everything You Need to Know About Blake Shelton's Ole Red Restaurants
Rumor has it you might catch the next big country superstar performing live at Ole Red locations.
It’s one of his most popular songs in concert — and also the inspiration behind a chain of restaurants.
The Voice Coach Blake Shelton’s Ole Red bars and restaurants boast food, drink, and of course, live music. When you visit the restaurant chain co-owned by Shelton, you can expect Southern, feel-good meals, and you might even spot a former Voice Artist or two!

Here's everything you need to know about Shelton's restaurant empire.
Where Can I Find Blake Shelton's Restaurants?
The restaurants can be found in Nashville, Tennessee (as well as the Nashville airport), Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Orlando, Florida, and Tishomingo, Oklahoma (Shelton’s hometown, and where he and his wife Gwen Stefani live in their ranch).
A new location, Ole Red Las Vegas, is also opening late this year, according to its website.
The four-story restaurant and music venue will be in front of Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe at the Grand Bazaar Shops, and will include a rooftop lounge. It’ll be the largest location to date, seating 686 people total.
“If you are going to do something here, you’ve got to do it big,” Shelton said in a press release on the Ole Red website. “Every time I’m in Vegas, I want some country music and Ole Red is the remedy for that.”

What Kind of Food Does Ole Red Serve?
The Ole Red menu differs a bit based on location, but the idea is the same: good, home-cooked Southern meals.
At the Nashville location, for example, you’ll find starters like fried pickles and poutine. There are plenty of burgers, as well as barbecue options like pulled pork and brisket. Entrees include bacon-wrapped meatloaf, chicken fried steak, catfish and smoked gouda grits, as well as chicken and waffles.
In true Southern style, Ole Red creates dessert in mason jars, with options like banana pudding.
And if you’re looking for a good cocktail, Ole Red is your place. You’ll find drinks like the Hillbilly Seltzer, Tennessee ‘Ritas, and Drunkin’ Mules.
But if you want to get more adventurous, other locations offer specialties — like Bar-b-que gator in Orlando and fried water critters in Tishomingo.

Who Performs at Ole Red?
Country artists, many of whom are trying to make it big, perform at Ole Red as a way to connect with fans and try to launch their careers. Shelton also performs sometimes, as do past The Voice Artists.
That's what really sets Ole Red apart: its live performances. After all, its slogan is “top country talent, served hot all day.”
Ole Red puts a spotlight on top talent every month, featuring them on its website, and sharing more on how you can hear and follow the artists. You’ll also find lineups on the website of who’s coming to perform and when you can see them.
As mentioned, you might also be lucky enough to catch Blake Shelton himself performing. He surprised travelers at the Ole Red Nashville airport location in May, according to Taste of Country.
Shelton is also known to go the extra mile for his Team Blake contestants on The Voice before retiring from his chair last month, even featuring former Artists at Ole Red. Season 11 winner Sundance Head joined Shelton on his 2017 “Doing It To Country Songs” Tour.
Season 18 winner Todd Tilghman also got extra attention from Shelton after his win, when Shelton invited Tilghman to perform for the first time at the famous Grand Ole Opry in Nashville in September 2022.
Ole Red is owned and operated by Ryman Hospitality Properties, as part of its Opry Entertainment division. Shelton is an Opry member, according to Ryman.
